After many years of coaching on a day-to-day basis with leaders, colleagues and my teams, I finally took the step to endorse my expertise by studying for my Executive Coaching and Mentoring Level 7 with the ILM. Once I achieved this, it reinforced my passion for self-development and for enabling others to achieve their very best and be truly ready to shine. This inspired me to offer my services as a coach on a more formal basis.


What is Leadership Development Coaching and How Does It Work?
Leadership development coaching is about partnering with you to grow your leadership skills and confidence, unlocking your potential and empowering you to take control of your own learning and development.
Throughout the coaching process, I will ask insightful questions, challenge limiting beliefs and help you maximise your performance to get you to where and who you want to be.

My experience in leading teams and expertise in Organisational Development complement my coaching approach. I use a variety of proven tools and techniques, and coaching models such as GROW, OSCAR, and CLEAR to help clients be their best.
I am committed to the highest professional standards, following the EMCC Competence Framework and Global Code of Ethics. I undertake regular supervision and self-reflection as part of my practice. I am a professional member of EMCC UK and an ILM Level 7 accredited practitioner.

I work on a 1-2-1 basis in the workplace, at an off-site location or remotely via Teams or Zoom. Whilst I specialise in leadership development coaching, I also offer more general coaching, focused on different areas of development. I also work with organisations who are looking to undertake wider coaching programmes.
