Hi, I’m Suzanne

I offer a blend of business and individual support to help people and organisations shine.

I have worked in leadership and HR and OD roles for almost 30 years now, both in the UK and overseas, and have led diverse teams and operations in a broad range of industries in both the private sector and more recently in Local Government.

Working in different industries and sectors, within different cultures, has given me great experience.

I’m a firm believer that any problem can be resolved with the right intervention and that anyone can grow with the right personal support and development.

I’m now excited to put all of my experience to good use and to offer out my services as an independent consultant, coach and mediator.
